1. About CityFixGhana
CityFixGhana is a Ghana-based construction and property services company providing domestic, commercial, and industrial services across Ghana. We manage and deliver projects directly or through qualified technicians and subcontractors under our supervision.
2. Service Requests
All service requests are subject to assessment, availability, and location. A quotation outlining scope, cost, and timelines will be provided before any work begins.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices depend on the scope of work, materials, and location. No work will commence without client approval of the quotation. For larger projects, payments may be structured in agreed milestones. Material deposits may be required before procurement. Labour payments follow agreed payment terms. All payments are made directly to CityFixGhana through secure and verifiable channels.
4. Project Delivery
CityFixGhana may engage qualified technicians and subcontractors where required. All services are delivered under the coordination and supervision of CityFixGhana according to the agreed scope of work.
5. Changes & Variations
Any additional work outside the approved quotation may result in cost or timeline adjustments. Changes must be approved before execution.
6. Cancellations
Clients are encouraged to notify CityFixGhana as early as possible if a service request needs to be cancelled. Costs for completed work or purchased materials may apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
CityFixGhana is not liable for delays or issues caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, supplier delays, or incorrect information provided by the client.
8. Use of Images and Visual Content
Images used on this website are for illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated and may not represent actual completed projects.
9. Acceptance
By requesting a service, approving a quotation, or making payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
